Singer Amaarae once said, "I vowed never to eat at anyone's house"

Amaarae, a well-known Ghanaian-American musician, has stated that she takes her personal cleanliness very seriously and that she finds it challenging to eat elsewhere.

She disclosed that while she is visiting, she avoids eating at other people's houses.

After witnessing someone washing lettuce in their bathroom sink, the "Sad Girls Love Money" singer disclosed that she vowed never to consume anybody else's food again.

She revealed this in a recent interview with Madame Joyce, a well-known figure in the media.

"I dislike combining bathroom and bedroom items," Amaarae remarked. Do not enter the bedroom while brushing your teeth; instead, remain in the bathroom. While brushing, some folks stroll about. It's horrible, in my opinion.

When you're finished eating, dispose of the toothpick in the kitchen garbage instead of carrying it upstairs and throwing it in the bathroom or bedroom trash.

That disgusts me. You can't come to my house because you don't follow my rules because I prefer my house to be maintained in a specific way.

"Avoid using the same sponge for wine glasses and plates. It's really bush [sic]. If you don't use different sponges for plates and glasses, your glasses will smell like food.

I avoid eating when I visit other people's houses. When I went to a cookout, I saw that the host was using their bathroom sink to wash lettuce.

I declared at that point that I would never eat at someone's home again. And because I was waiting for the burger, I'm grateful that he allowed me to watch that.

"Why would you carry lettuce from the kitchen all the way to the bathroom and come and wash lettuce when you know that you spit on that sink and brush your teeth?"
