As of Monday, July 21, the 2025–26 Nigeria National League (NNL) season will officially resume, according to Heartland.
At least seven o'clock in the evening on the specified day, all players are required to go to the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri in order to begin preseason training.
This news was announced by Heartland on Tuesday in a press statement that was signed by the team manager, Maduabuchi Osuorji.
This is to publicly advise all players and technical personnel of the club that resumption of duties is set for Monday, 21st July, 2025 at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri at 7pm.
This is in accordance with the orders of our technical manager, Emmanuel Amuneke.
As we start getting ready for the new phase, everyone in the team is expected to be on time and well prepared. We will be very serious about maintaining discipline and professionalism.
Heartland was sent to the NNL last season.
