In Sunday's Club World Cup final, Chelsea defeated Paris Saint-Germain 3-0.
When they faced up against the champions of both the Ligue 1 and the Champions League, the Blues were heavy underdogs.
On the other hand, the Premier League side scored all three goals in the first half, virtually deciding the match.
Chelsea took command at the MetLife Stadium thanks to two identical goals curled in by Cole Palmer from the right side of the box.
After that, Palmer set up João Pedro for his third goal of the tournament since joining Chelsea with a slide-rule pass, bringing the score to 3-0.
Enzo Maresca's squad won the Club World Cup and the UEFA Conference League last month without scoring in the second half.
Next month, PSG will face Tottenham in the UEFA Super Cup, and while they won't achieve a historic sextuple, they still have a shot at winning the trophy.
