His rendition of the popular song "With You" was very well received, with the audience singing along word for word.
Shortly after, Bright Chimezie took center stage and rekindled the enthusiasm of the audience with a powerful performance of his timeless hit song, "Because of English.

There was no denying the two artists' connection. Fans were ecstatic to see the pair in Umuahia after seeing them together in Lagos only a few weeks before.
Many people in the stadium could be heard urging Davido to work with the seasoned highlife master to create a new song.
The Afrobeat artist was lovingly referred to by others as "our in-law," a reference to his union with his Igbo-born wife, Chioma.
