Apparently, Thomas Tuchel doesn't think there's any need to consider other candidates for captaincy, according to New England's manager.
The current captain of the Three Lions is Harry Kane, a striker for Bayern Munich.
Speculation that Tuchel will remove the armband from England's all-time leading scorer was put to rest when he spoke to Sky Sports News on Friday.
While at the Bundesliga club, the German had nothing but praise for Kane.
"Looking at other options is not necessary at the moment," Tuchel stated.
"It's the same for everyone else; we totally get Harry." For his leadership, his character, and his quality, I respect him.
