Seun Kuti, an Afrobeat musician, has called on African governments to prevent Kemi Badenoch, the leader of the UK Conservative Party, from visiting the continent due to her comments regarding Nigeria.
According to GROWING2GETHER7, Badenoch has maintained her stance on Nigeria despite claims to the contrary made by Vice President Kashim Shettima and others.
Allegedly, Badenoch has spoken about how her childhood in a corrupt nation in Nigeria was characterized by constant dread and insecurity.
In response, Kuti demanded that the leader of the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom be barred from visiting Africa during a recent Instagram live session.
He lamented that Kemi Badenoch, "someone who has been insulting us and our ancestors," had been receiving praise from many. We should compensate Europeans for colonization, she argued.
What she means is that we should make them pay for the crimes they did against our land, including the murder of millions of our forefathers.
African states should prohibit her from entering their continent. She ought to be locked up the moment she sets foot in Africa.
