The Mediterranean Knights, captained by Libya's Feisal Al-Badri, are in Uyo to defeat the Super Eagles, according to Al-Badri.
In their Group D qualifying match for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the Super Eagles are heavy favorites.
The team managed by Nasser Al-Hadiri has not yet secured a victory in the qualifying round.
The North Africans, according to Al-Badri, are excited to play the Super Eagles and win their first match.
"We're here to win," he declared at Thursday's press conference in Uyo.
"We came here to win, even though we're up against the strongest team in Africa."
